These terms apply to the Flight Roulette app and this website, run by Tekstak Ltd, Registered in England and Wales, company number 17154786 ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy and the rules.

1. The game

Flight Roulette is a travel challenge. There is no stake, no entry fee and no cash prize. Seasons, leaderboards, levels and badges are for recognition only. The app suggests flights; whether to book and take one is always your decision.

2. You must be 18 or over

You need to be at least 18 to create an account, and able to book and take flights on your own.

3. Bookings are between you and the seller

We don't sell flights, accommodation or any travel. You book directly with airlines, hotels and travel sites, under their terms, and pay them. Prices shown in the app come from third parties and can change before you book. We are not responsible for a third party's services, fares, schedules, delays or cancellations.

Some links are affiliate links: if you book through one, we may earn a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you.

4. Your safety and your responsibilities

  • Check passports, visas, entry and health requirements before you book each flight. Don't book a flight you can't legally take. The visa filter in the Dare is a guide, not advice.
  • Keep a get-home reserve outside your game budget, as the app asks.
  • Skip any flight, destination or activity that doesn't feel safe. No score is worth a risk.
  • Follow the law, airline rules and local rules wherever you go.

5. Fair play

  • One account per person. Use only your own boarding passes and bookings.
  • Don't fake, alter or reuse proof, or interfere with other players or the service.
  • We check proof, and may reject flights, withdraw runs from leaderboards, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules.

6. What you post

You keep the rights to your photos, captions, tips and profile. You give us permission to store and show them in the app and on the website to the people you choose, for as long as you keep them up. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or about other people without their consent, and never post your boarding pass. We screen and may remove content, and act on reports.

7. Your account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. The service

We work to keep Flight Roulette running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every flight shown will still be bookable. We may change or end features, seasons and the rules, and will say so in the app.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for travel costs, missed or cancelled flights, lost bookings, or any indirect loss arising from your use of Flight Roulette. Our total liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and law

If we change these terms we'll update this page and, for important changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and courts.
